With over 7 years of design experience, Shannon's had the privilege of collaborating closely with a wide array of organizations, from industry giants to innovative emerging businesses and influential nonprofit organizations.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from the University of the Arts in 2016. That same year, she received the Armin Hofmann Award for Excellence in Graphic Design and a citation award for her senior degree project, "Can You Look At This?" Notably, Shannon has been honored with the 2016 and 2019 AIGA Philadelphia Design Awards, as well as the 2019 GDUSA American Web Design Award.
Driven by a profound appreciation for design's transformative power and its potential to foster equity and empathy, Shannon is deeply committed to creating a positive impact on the world. She firmly believes that design possesses the potential to shape a better future and is unwavering in her commitment to being a catalyst for positive change through her craft.
During her downtime, Shannon loves soaking up the vibrant arts scene in her community. You'll often find her listening to live music at concerts, geeking out at design lectures, or exploring the latest exhibitions at local art galleries. It's her way of staying inspired and connected to the creative community around her!
