Citibank (FINAL part)…
YES! Final part… Seriously, next time you have any problem with Citibank, FAX in a complain letter, they act on this THE BEST! Forget about submitting feedback online, or emailing, as I’ve ignored all of it to stop myself from getting more angry, most of the reply are just generalised TEMPLATE I reckon…
So, let me just say, it was my mistake in hearing the wrong name of the person that promised to call me back, her name was SHARIFAH, but when I repeated Jennifer, she say yes… ANYHOW, the discrepancy IS with penalty that would be incurred, and interest is not charged on the amount… This was what Mr. Baskaran (Sharifah’s Boss) confirmed with me, and he called to apologize that she did not get back to me as she had promised too… Oh, this is 1 time I was thankful for the recording of the phone conversation, really, cuz he told me he listened back to the phone conversation, and he understood what I wanted and that I was polite and nice enough to give her time to get back to me, but it was her mistake that she didn’t… I did feedback to him, to make sure the note about the penalty is put down in their ATM slip, to stop this confusion from happening in the future, and he said it’s been done (proactive, that’s good)… Citibank should put this kinda customer service as the first line, instead of having this as backup when the first line screw up, you know?
Anyway, my problem with Citibank SOLVED! WOO HOO!! Good start…
Let this be the start of solving the string of problems I’ve been facing lately…Â *fingers crossed*

Wei all ya… this is just a quarter of my breather oni lar… Citibank is small peanut problem incomparison to my RM2k with HLB… when THAT is settle, then it’s a HUGE ‘phew’…
Oh well, one down, one more to go! Any updates on HLB?
