Citibank Updates…
‘CITY’-bank konon… My brother say, call them KAMPUNG-bank lar…
Well, they still has not gotten back to me on the explanation of 2 balance amount in me ONE loan account… And no feedback yet on the gal telling me they would charge me interest on the bigger amount shown on the ATM screen instead of the lower amount that I actually owe them…
I tell you, I TELL YOU!!! If I don’t get any proper explanation, I WILL SCREW this kampung-bank I tell you… Complain all the way to the top… For those that is signed up with Citibank’s FlexiHome Loan, please check your statement balance and the balance on ATM… My statement was accurate, but when checked in ATM, it’s not (I don’t quite know from when onwards, as I only have access to the ATM when they opened a branch in Klang)…
UPDATE (16 March – 11:20am) : STILL no news from them… At lunch time no news, I’m going to call and SCOLD!!! FUMING oledi now…

Heh! Kampung bank is soooo crap! Irwan complained endlessly too about our credit card last time. Now we still have them, but jarang use lah. Banyak songeh like that. Their PR is very crappy I tell you!
Alah lupa to write tadi, as for the blankie, they were my brother’s. My mom bought from Mothercare dulu. I’ve got like 4 sets. =) We didn’t want to get like those bulu-bulu ones because Irwan and his family have got sensitive nose (read: sinus), thus we didn’t want Irfan to get annoyed with the bulus and all. Hehe.

Oh ya, dont forget sitibeng has the highest credit card fraud cases, which is one of the reasons why I didnt sign up for one despite so many times asking me to sign up and give me free annual fee.
It’s not credit card, it’s home loan… therefore, not small amount…
